The lessons of Pakistan's history are not taught to us in books.  Some time after the establishment of Pakistan, Sardar Abdul Rab Nishtar sent a file about Ayub Khan to the Quaid-e-Azam and wrote in the accompanying note that Ayub Khan was interested in politics instead of rehabilitation and relief of refugees.  On this, Quaid-e-Azam wrote this order on the file: I know this army officer (Ayub Khan).
