A new era has begun.
The time for Yathrab to become Madinah came near.
The journey to establish a new state is being started.
The incident of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) leaving Makkah and settling in Madinah is known as the Prophet's Migration.
When the Holy Prophet first called the people to the One God by forbidding idolatry and shirk, the people of Makkah became fierce enemies of the Holy Prophet and began to harass him. At the same time, in the 11th year of Prophethood, Dhu al-Hijjah. In July 620, a few people of Madinah accepted Islam. People came to believe in him and not only confessed monotheism but also all kinds of help from himHe also promised So the Holy Prophet gave permission to the Muslims to leave Makkah and go to Madinah. Thus, many Muslims from Makkah started going to Madinah. When the people of Makkah saw that the Muslims had taken refuge in another city out of their reach, they considered it a great danger for the future and made a conspiracy to end this daily quarrel that the Holy Prophet himself. (Nauzullah) should be abolished. So they laid siege to his house and waited for him to come out.
It was the night of 10 September 622 when Ali was sleeping on the Prophet's bed.
On September 9, 622, Sarwar du Alam (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed Hazrat Ali (RA) to lie on the bed of the Prophet (SAW) and after returning his trusts, he also went to Madinah the next day. Stayed three days and three nights.
Those 3 nights of Sayyidna Abu Bakr spent in the same cave of Thor are such that my age has regretted all my life.
From September 9, 622 to September 13, 622, there was no one except Sadiq and Siddique in the cave of Thor. This is the place that the second Quran calls two. The second of the two. The head of the Prophet in the lap of Sadiq. Don't be sad. Allah is with us.
These three days belong to Siddiq in which there is no partner.
Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique had already arranged with Abdullah bin Ariqat Laithi, who was an expert on desert and desert routes, to bring him to Madinah on hire. This person was still on the religion of Quraish, but he was satisfied. So the chariots were handed over to him and it was decided that after the passage of three nights he would reach Ghar Thor with both chariots. So, on the night of Monday, 1st of Rabi al-Awwal, 14th of the Prophet, corresponding to 13th September 622, Abdullah bin Ariqat came with the horses, and on that occasion Hazrat Abu Bakr presented the best camel in the service of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and requested that you be one of my two horses. Accept it. The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: At a price
On the other hand, Asma bint Abi Bakr also came with Zaad Safar. But she forgot to put a hanging tie in it. When the time of departure came and Hazrat Asma wanted to hang the Tosha, she saw that there was no tie in it. He opened his patka (waistband) and cut it into two halves and hung the tosha in one and tied the other around his waist. That is why he got the nickname Zaat-ul-Nataqeen.
After that, the Messenger of Allah and Abu Bakr set out. Amir bin Fuhaira was also with him. Argument: Abdullah bin Ariqut took the route to the coast. Leaving the cave, he first headed towards Yemen and traveled far south. Then turned west and headed for the beach. Then, reaching a path unknown to the common people, he turned to the north, this path was close to the coast of the Red Sea and was rarely traveled by anyone.
Ibn Ishaq has mentioned the places through which the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed on the way of migration. They say that when the leader took both of you with him, he took Zareen from Makkah, then, walking along the coast, Zareen crossed the road to Isfan, then he went ahead passing through Zareen Amaj, and after crossing Qidd, then he crossed the road. Ta and moving forward from there passed through Akharar. Then it passed through Saniat al-Marah, then through Laqf, then through the desert of Laqf, then reached the desert of Mujah and from there again passed through the turn of Mujah. Then he went to the slope of Dhul-Ghazwin. Then Zhi entered the valley of Kusharki. Then he turned to Judajid. Then he reached Ajard and after that he passed through Wadi Dhu Salam of Tahan desert. From there he went to Ubabid and then Fajah. Then came down to Araj. Then it went to the right hand of Rukbah in Suniyyah al-Aair, until it descended into Wadi Raym and after that it reached Quba'.
Come on! Now let's listen to some incidents along the way:
It is narrated in Sahih Bukhari on the authority of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq that he said: We people (came out of the cave) walked throughout the night and during the day until noon. When it was precisely noon, the road was empty and there was no passer-by, we were shown a long rock whose shadow did not reach the sun. We landed there. I leveled a place for the Prophet ﷺ to sleep with my hand and placed a cloth on it and asked, O Messenger of Allah! May you sleep and I will take care of the people around you. He slept and I went out to take care of his body. Suddenly you see that a shepherd is walking towards the rock with his goats, he also wanted the same from this rock as we wanted. I said to him: O young man, whose man are you? He mentioned a man from Mecca or Medina. I said: Is there any milk in your goats? He said: Yes. I said: I can wash. He said: Yes and caught a goat. I said: Just clean the udder with dirt, hair and straw etc. He poured some milk in a cup and brought a leather cup to me which I had kept for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to drink and perform ablution. I came to the Prophet but was afraid to wake you up. So when he woke up, I came to him and poured water on the milk until its bottom became cold. After that I said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Take a drink. You drank until I was happy. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Isn't it time for the coach yet? I said: Why not? After that we went.
Abu Bakr's method in this journey was that he used to follow the Prophet. In other words, he used to sit behind the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the ride. Because the signs of old age were prominent on them. That is why people's attention was directed towards him. Prophet ﷺ still had signs of youth. That is why the attention towards him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was less. The result of this was that if he came in front of a man, he would ask Abu Bakr, which man is this in front of him? (Hazrat Abu Bakr used to answer this very subtly) He used to say: "This man tells me the way." One who understood this would understand that he was referring to this way even though he was referring to the path of good.
On the third day of the same journey, Umm Mabad also passed by the tent of Khazaiyyah. This tent was located inside Mashal in the middle of Qadeed. Its distance from Makkah is 130 km.
After a journey of 8 days, they reached the place of Quba on September 20, 622, which was a settlement three miles from Madinah. It was here that Hazrat Ali also came to him. Here he stayed for four days and laid the foundation of the world's first mosque, Masjid Quba. After staying in Quba for four days, he left for Madinah.
According to Encyclopaedia Britannica, the day on which the Holy Prophet arrived in Madinah was 24 September 622 AD.
After coming to Madinah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started the construction of the Prophet's Mosque on September 30, 622.
The first adhan and prayer in the Prophet's Mosque was offered on 10 October 622.
It is a strange coincidence of history that exactly 58 solar years later, on October 10, 680, the incident of Karbala took place.
