Why are wives called farms in the Quran?
The Holy Quran is a miracle. The more you think about it, the more concepts come out.
Here, a verse is generally limited to the extent of sexual relations between husband and wife. Of course, given the context, the order is the same, but the question is why it is not seen on the big canvas
First, see the blessed verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
Your women are plowing for you, so let your plow be your thing.
Translation: "Your women are your fields, go to your fields as you wish."
I do not disagree that here Islam is leading the way by removing domestic confusion, but consider why the example of farming was given.
The word "cultivation" here got me thinking
Your women are your "farms".
The example of farming is interpreted as children by most of the scholars. It is true that the development of the human race, i.e. children, is from women. Just as the cultivation produces grain or fruit when the seed is sown, in the same way the acquisition of children is connected with a woman i.e. a wife
Now look at the other side
You are a farmer, you have land but you don't pay attention to it. They don't spend money for her, they don't give her time, they don't love her, they don't serve her by sacrificing their own comfort, they don't forget their own comfort to make her green. They do not protect it from pigs and other animals, to prevent it from becoming a passageway for othersWhat will happen if you don't try, don't protect him from more or less sun according to his mood, don't give him the water he needs?
The field will dry up, wither away, you will not benefit from it, the fruit will not yield grain and you will destroy it.
Here all this is also hidden in this one word "Kheti".
If you are married, your wife wants your attention like a field, she wants you to forget everything and take care of her, pay attention to her, express your love to her, be with her every day, Take care of her needs, be her protector, spend money on her, stand up to others to protect her. Yes, kill the pigs looking at him. Do your best to make him happy to see him happy
