I tell the story of my friend "Bhole".
Bhola is a diabetic, does not care about food and drink, is obese and has trouble sleeping, that Bhola also smokes.
in the blood fills the wound.
Cholesterol, white blood cells, some blood vessel muscle, and other substances then combine to form a bump in the vessel wall at that point in the blood vessel called a plaque.
So a plaque formed in the bile duct, due to which an obstruction was created in his duct. Suppose it was one of Bhole's coronary arteries. Coronay arteries are the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle.
Blood supplies oxygen and nutrients to the tissues of our body and also removes waste products from these tissues. Well, it is the heart's job to pump blood throughout the body, but after all, the heart is also a living organ, so it also needs blood supply for food and oxygen, and it gets this supply from the coronary arteries.
So, due to Bhole's physical condition and movements, plaque has accumulated in his Coronay arteries. But Bhole doesn't care.
Then for some reason Bhole's blood pressure increased. It may be that Bhola is doing a laborious job, or Bhola may have high blood pressure. Due to the increase in blood pressure, the blood will travel with more pressure in the coronary arteries, however, if the blood pressure in the whole body is increased, the heart will have to work harder to pump the blood, and for that, the muscles of the heart will also have to work harder. A blood supply will be required.
But due to the high blood pressure in the coronary arteries, the plaque there dislodged. Detachment of the plaque caused an injury to this part of the Coronay artery. Seeing this injury, the platelets present in the blood of the bhole quickly reach there and form a clot in that place.
This clot significantly blocks blood flow in the coronary artery (more than the plaque). Due to which one or more parts of the heart of Bhole are not getting blood.
By the way, plaque was forming in Bhole's coronary artery for a long time, but the clot that was formed due to its rupture formed very quickly and its results will also appear quickly.
Due to the cut off of blood supply, those tissues and cells of the heart of the animal will be deprived of oxygen and food, so we can say that those cells are "starving".
While dying, these cells will send a pain signal to the surrounding nerves, from which the patient will feel a lot of pain in the chest, this pain will also be in the patient's left arm, shoulder, neck, jaw, etc.
Bhole felt pressure in the chest and over time Bhole will have difficulty breathing, he may experience cold sweats, vomiting and dizziness.
Bhole will be taken to the doctor. By seeing the symptoms of Bhole, the doctor will guess that Bhole has had a heart attack. Bhole's ECG and blood test (cardiac biomarkers) will be done for further research.
In the treatment, the oxygen level will be checked first to stabilize the patient's condition. He will be given aspirin, which inhibits the clotting process of platelets and is effective in saving lives in heart attacks (high mortality benefit).
In addition to this, sublingual nitrates will also be given to the foal, that is, tablets will be placed under the tongue, which will go ahead and reduce the extra load of blood on the foal's heart.
Bholey's heart may be beating dangerously fast, so Bholey will also be given anti-arrhythmic drugs. At the same time, Bhole will be given cholesterol and clot-lowering drugs.
Painkillers and medicines to remove fluid from the lungs will also be given to ease the pain of the heart attack (blood from the lungs to the heart can become blocked in the lungs due to a heart attack).
After that, we have to come to the "main" issue of Bhola, that is, that heart valve is still blocked by the clot. In the first 12 hours to open this we can do angioplasty, meaning the artery will now be "stunted".
Or the patient will be given drugs that break up the clot (thrombolysis).
Also, plaque may still be present in certain coronary arteries of the brain. Considering the condition and blockage of these coronary arteries, doctors may also decide to bypass this artery. In which a vessel can be removed from the patient's body (legs, arms or chest) and bypassed with a block vessel to provide a new route for blood to reach the tissues of the heart.
So Bhole's luck is good, if the life is spared, when people come to visit Bhole, Bhole's family will say, "It was good, he had a heart attack immediately."
However, forget age, forget life style, forget not exercising, forget not controlling your blood sugar, forget not being careful with your food and drink, forget not controlling your weight, forget not controlling your blood pressure. Forgetful smoking. All these things were screaming that Bhole was going to have a "shock", this shock could be in the form of stroke and stroke in addition to heart attack.
More than 16% of the deaths in our country Pakistan are due to blockage of the heart vessels due to negligence.
So you will not be careless like a fool, and take care of your health and that of your loved ones
