Everything is given by Allah.
Love Allah.
Think of something good.
That's how bad your mind is.
Nakhra is Nakhra.
It is perfect, even if it is a desire.
Nonsense talk.
You have nothing to do, just relax.
If you do some hard work, you will know at what price it is sold.
Think less.
Do not read useless books.
Put your heart into some religion.
Pray to Allah.
Do not associate with frivolous friends.
This world is mortal.
Is irony ironic?
The body may be sick but not the mind.
If there is pain in any part of the body, it is a disease and there are reasons for it. They should be treated with medication, diet, exercise along with doctor's advice to see if that body system is really messed up.
But if there is pain in any part of the mind/mind, it is neither a disease nor there can be any problem in this system, there should be no question of going to the doctor for that.
Because mind/mind disorder is not a disease, it is mental depression, it is a complaint of futility, ungratefulness and not knowing what to do!
One wants to be beaten when intellectuals talk like this.
We have some straightforward questions.
Can anyone turn away from the fact that man is not just the name of the body?
Can't the brain that runs the human body be sick?
Doesn't this disease need treatment, diet and doctor?
Why is it a social stigma for us to have some highs and lows in the brain?
Why insist on labeling the patient as crazy by making fun of mental illness?
Can you be sure that someone who makes fun of someone/looks down on someone/calls someone crazy doesn't have a weakness?
Anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis are the same diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, cancer etc. The diagnosis, treatment, and medication of these diseases are as important as the treatment of any disease.
Just like a person suffering from any physical disease lives a life like a normal person by being included in the mainstream of society. A mentally/mentally challenged person also deserves the same treatment.
Society and people accept physical illness, not mental illness. Sufferers of mental illness embrace death because they are reluctant to seek help.
There is no point in feeling sorry after someone dies. Treat mental illness as a physical illness. Never be shy about taking medicines. And believe that mental illnesses should be treated and taken off the shame-tainted taboo list.
