* Burial of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
The Companions did not know where to build the blessed grave of Rahmat du Alam. People were pondering over this issue and Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (RA) said: He goes where he dies.
After hearing this statement of the Prophet, peace be upon him, all worries about it ended. People wrapped the blessed bed and a grave was dug where the blessed bed was. When the grave was ready, a red blanket was first laid on the ground. Then Hazrat Sayyidna Ali bin Abi Talib, Hazrat Fazl and Hazrat Qeshm, the children of Sayyidna Abbas and Hazrat Shaqran, who were the freed slaves of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), descended in the grave. Hazrat Aws bin Khouli (RA) said, "For the sake of Allah, grant us the opportunity to participate in the burial of Rahmat Alam (PBUH). He (may Allah be pleased with him) also allowed them to descend in the grave.

Imam Bayhaqi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates on the authority of Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day Umm al-Mu'minin Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated a dream of hers in the service of her father Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddique (may Allah be pleased with him) that three The moon fell in my lap. He, may God be pleased with him, said, If this dream of yours comes true, three of the best men from all over the world will be buried in your house. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away, Hazrat Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه said, O Aisha! It is the best moon among these three moons. It is in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim Sharif that Hazrat Aisha Siddiqa (RA) said:
* "The Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, passed away in the house and in the day "The best hour of this world and the first hour of the last."
Translation: The Prophet ﷺ passed away in my room and it happened on the day of my turn and the Prophet ﷺ was leaning against my chest and neck and Allah Ta’ala made my saliva burn in the last hour of this world and the first hour of the Hereafter. Collected from Habib's saliva.

Umm al-Momineen Hazrat Umm Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) says that we were all together and we were crying at the departure of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and none of us even blinked an eye that night. All of us were engrossed in visiting Anwar, when we heard the sound of hoes at Suhoor time, and we screamed. The voices of the people who were gathered in the mosque started to get louder. All Madinah Tayyaba was shaken by this cry. Hazrat Bilal (RA) gave the morning call to prayer when he said, "I am a witness to Muhammad's Messenger of Allah."This thing added to our sadness and boredom. People tried to enter the Holy House, but the door was closed and the separation of the Holy Prophet was painful and soul-shattering for all of us. Whenever something befell us, we would comfort our hearts by remembering the soul-shattering shock of the separation of the two scholars.

Hazrat Aisha Siddiqa (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) died on Monday and was buried on Wednesday night. The earlier and later scholars of the Ummah have supported this view. Among them, the names of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq, Ibn Ishaq, Musa bin Uqbah and Sulaiman bin Tarkhan Taymi (may Allah have mercy on them) are more famous and well-known. One opinion is that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed away on Monday before sunset, and the burial of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was carried out on Tuesday. But Allama Ibn Kathir, may Allah have mercy on him, after writing these sayings, says:
Translation: This second saying is poor. The famous saying is the same one that we have quoted before from Jamhur Ulama that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fell asleep on Monday and was buried on Wednesday night.

After the burial of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Hazrat Bilal bin Rabah (R.A.) took a water bottle and sprinkled it on the grave of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.). Hazrat Bilal (RA) started sprinkling from the right side of Mubarak's head until he sprinkled the entire Masjid Anwar up to his feet.
