Sayyiduna Sulaiman Ali Nabina and peace be upon him passed by a place with a group of his Companions, there was a sparrow circling around! 

He said, "Do you know what this bird is saying?"

He said that he is giving the message of marriage to the bird and saying

If you marry me, I will make you a nest in the palaces of Damascus wherever you choose! 

Sayyiduna Sulaiman Ali Nabina and peace be upon him said

The palaces of Damascus are built by carving rocks

No bird can take up residence in them

Then he said

But every speaker is a liar

But the point is that every marriage announcer is a liar! 

That is, lies are often used in the message of marriage

A person does not show what happens and what he shows does not actually happen

Birds are less cunning while humans are more

When the birds are telling lies for marriage, they all know how much people will speak!
