Mirza Nasir Qadiani came dressed in white shalwar and tied a turban with a white beard. He was reciting the verses of the Quran. And if you had brought the name of the Blessed Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on your tongue, you would have recited Durood Sharif with all the literature. Mufti Mahmood Sahib, may Allah have mercy on him, says that it is not an easy task to change the minds of the members of the assembly. He states on page number 41 of the January 1975 issue of the monthly "Al Haq Akora Khatak".
"This problem is very big and difficult."
Glory be to Allah that Mufti Mahmood Sahib got the honor of interpreting the House on behalf of the whole House and Mufti Sahib stayed awake at night and studied the books of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani. He noted the references. He arranged the questions. The result of this was that after the long statement of Mirza Tahirqadiani, when the cross-examination began, Mufti Mahmood says in the same "Al-Haq Risale" that:

Q. What is your belief about Mirza Ghulam Ahmad?
Answer: He is Ummi-Nabi. The meaning of Ummi-Nabi is a member of the Muhammadan Ummah who has attained the position of Prophethood due to his perfect followers.

Question. Any possibility of error (in it)?
Answer: Absolutely not.
Question: Mirza Qadiani has written, "Whoever does not believe in me, even if my name has not reached him, is a kafir. He is a true kafir. He is excluded from the circle of Islam. According to this text, seventy million Muslims are all kafir?"
Answer: They are disbelievers. But they are disbelievers." As Imam Bukhari has recorded the tradition of "Kafridun Kufr" in his Sahih.
Q. Next Mirza Lakha. Pakka Kafir?
Answer: It means they are firm in their disbelief.
Q. Agae Lakha Hai Dairah is excluded from Islam. However, a small disbelief does not cause exclusion from the nation?
Answer: Actually, there are many categories of Islam.

On the same occasion, he asked the second question that there was a prophet before Mirza Qadiani who was a prophet of Ummah? Is Siddiq Akbar RA or Hazrat Umar Farooq RA Ummi Nabi?

On this answer, Mufti Sahib said, "After the death of Mirza Qadiani, our belief became one. The only difference is that we consider prophethood to end after the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. You consider prophethood to end after Mirza Ghulam Qadiani." So it is as if your seal of the prophets is Mirza Ghulam Qadiani. And our seal of the prophets is the Holy ProphetGod bless him and grant him peace.
Answer: He perished in the Messenger. This was his own perfection. He became Ain Muhammad.
Q. Mirza Ghulam Qadiani has written about his books. Every Muslim looks at him with the eyes of love and affection and benefits from his teachings. He accepts me. And confirms (my) claim. But the children of wicked women are those on whose hearts Allah has sealed them. They do not accept me.
Answer: Bagaya means rebellious.
Q. The word adulteress is found in the Holy Quran "Wa ma kant amik baghiya" (Surah Maryam) translation is "Your mother is not an adulteress".
Answer: In the Qur'an, it is bad. It is not bad.
On this answer, Mufti Sahib said that only the singular and the plural are different. Also, in Jami Tirmidhi Sharif, the word Baghaya Bhi is mentioned in this meaning, meaning "Al-Baghaya Lalati Yankahan Infshan without Bineh" (Then he said enthusiastically) I challenge you that you By using this word Baghiya in any other sense than this (badkara). After 13 days of questions and answers, when the decision came, on 22nd August 1974, a committee consisting of 6 people was formed by the opposition. Ghulam Farooq Sahib “Sardar Maula Bakhsh Soomro Sahib and Law Minister on behalf of GovtMr. Abdul Hafeez Pirzada. He was entrusted with the task of solving this constitutionally and legally. So that his disbelief is recorded in the Constitution of Pakistan forever. But on this occasion, another debate was waiting. .
The questioning in the National Assembly on the blasphemy of Qadianism and the Lahori group continued for thirteen days. Eleven days on the Raboah group and two days on the Lahori group. Eight hours of cross-examination every day. This long cross-examination and criticism exposed the terrible face of Qadianism. . After that, another debate started with Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's government that how to write the "result of this case" in the Constitution of Pakistan.

From August 22 to the evening of September 5, 1974, many meetings of this committee were held. But a unanimous solution was not possible. The most contentious issue was the amendment of Article 106. The government wanted it not to be amended. Under Article 106, non-Muslim minorities were given representation in the provincial assemblies. One in Balochistan. One in the border. One two in Sindh and three seats in Punjab and some 6 minority names have been written. Christians. Hindus.
Mufti Mahmood Sahib and other members of the committee want the Qadianis to be included in the list of 6 so that no "suspicion" remains.
The Bhutto government was not ready for this. Law Minister Abdul Hafeez Pirzada said let it be.
Mufti Mahmood Sahib said that when the names of other minorities and sects are included in the list, write their names also.
Pirzada replied that these minorities themselves demanded that our name be written. While the Mirzais do not have this demand.
Mufti Sahib said that this is a proof of your narrow-mindedness and our generosity that we are giving these Mirzais to them without their demand (Kamal's answer).
The committee could not make any decision on this discussion till the evening of September 5. So on September 6, Prime Minister Bhutto called the entire committee members including Mufti Mahmood to the Prime Minister House. That is, the issue of amendment in Section 106 should be left.
While Mufti Mahmood Sahib and other members of the committee thought that the solution would remain incomplete without it.
After a long discussion, Bhutto Sahib said that I will think.
After Asr, the session of the National Assembly started. Law Minister Abdul Hafeez Pirzada called Mufti Sahib and other committee members to the speaker's room. Mufti Mahmood Sahib and the committee reiterated their same position there that the name of Mirzais should be mentioned along with other minorities in Article 106 and it should be specified.
And the Qadiani and Lahori groups should be placed in the bracket.
Pirzada Sahib said that he does not call himself Mirzai, he calls himself Ahmadi.
Mufti Mahmood Sahib said that we are Ahmadis. We do not recognize them as Ahmadis. Then he said that let's write the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
The Minister of Law raised the point that there is no name of any person in the Constitution (although Muhammad Ali Jinnah's name is there in the Constitution) and after thinking that why do you spoil the Constitution by adding the name of Mufti Sahib Mirza? Maybe Mufti Mahmood Sahib will avoid this trick. (But Mufti is always Mufti Sahib)
Mufti Sahib replied that the names of Satan, Iblis, Pigs and Pharaoh are present in the Holy Qur'an. Have these names had any effect on the authenticity and sanctity of the Holy Qur'an?
On this occasion, Law Minister Pirzada said in an amazing manner.
Let's write those who call themselves Ahmadis.
Mufti Sahib said that the bracket is of secondary status. It is only for clarification. So write two Qadiani groups. Lahori group who call themselves Ahmadis. And then, Alhamdulillah, it was decided.
A historic decision.
September 7, 1974 was a memorable day in the parliamentary history of our country Pakistan when the martyrs of 1953 and 1974 shed their blood for the end of Prophethood. Excluded from.
This historic clause has been added in Article 260 of the Constitution.
"The person who does not have complete and unconditional faith in the end of Prophethood of Muhammad, peace be upon him. And those who claim to be a prophet after Muhammad, peace be upon him, in any sense or interpretation. He is considered a prophet or a religious reformer. He is not a Muslim for the purposes of the constitution or law.
And the new form of Section 106 was made like this.
The Provincial Assemblies of Baluchistan Punjab Frontier and Sindh Provinces shall have reserved seats for persons belonging to the Christian, Hindu Sikh, Buddhist and Parsi sects and the Qadianis group or Lahori persons (who call themselves Ahmadis) or Scheduled Castes. are(They) will have one seat in Baluchistan, one in Sarhad, three in Punjab and two in Sindh. It is on the record of the Assembly that 130 votes were cast in favor of this amendment and not a single vote was cast against it. (It would have happened if Ghamdi Sahib was present at that time) On this occasion, the leader of this case, Mufti Mahmood, may Allah have mercy on him, said.
The whole nation deserves congratulations for this decision, it will be expressed satisfaction not only in Pakistan but also in the Islamic world. I think Mirzais should also accept this decision cheerfully. Because now they have the legitimate rights of non-Muslims. We will meet.
