In the name of Allah, the Merciful
Al-Jawaab with the help of the King, the Wahhab of Allah, the Guide to the Truth and the Answer
The spring of this is in the Shari'ah
"The prayer of every Muslim should be offered, even if he is a sinner, but there are some types of people who do not pray
."
(1) A rebel who goes against the rightful Imam and is killed in that rebellion.
(2) A robber who was killed in a robbery should not be bathed or prayed for, but when the king of Islam overpowered and killed them, then there is prayer and bath, or they were neither caught nor killed, but died as they were. So there is bath and prayer.
(3) Those who fought unjustly, but those who were watching their spectacle and were stoned and died, there is no prayer for them either, but if they die after they have separated, then there is prayer.
(4) Who killed many people by strangulation.
(5) If they take weapons and rob in the city at night, they are also robbers.
(6) Whoever kills his mother or father, there is no prayer for him either.
(7) He who was stealing someone's property and was killed in that state, there is no prayer for him either.
Whoever commits suicide, although it is a great sin, but his funeral prayer will be offered even if the suicide was intentional.
