*robbery rage*   *Hamid Mir*   * We had heard a lot of stories about the amazing corruption of politicians. Yesterday afternoon we had the opportunity to hear the corruption stories of a man who, who, who, who, who, for many years, years, years, years, was both a wonder and anathema to many politicians. This person's name was Faiz Hameed.    *I thought that I knew a lot about the person, person, person, person, but yesterday I met three such personalities at a friend's place, and after listening to their conversation, I felt that Faiz Hameed is not the head of any intelligence agency but of an underworld gang from 2019 to 2021. were*   *After hearing the stories of Faiz Hameed's looting, I had to admit that there are other places beyond the stars and there are many more tests to trace Faiz's corruption.*   * A businessman present in this gathering did not say anything that was heard, but he was telling his own bait.  *Masked attempt to destroy the peace of Azad Kashmir under the guise of protest*

The Awami Action Committee has seriously damaged the ideal law and order situation in Azad Kashmir by its obstinacy, stubbornness, stubbornness, and incompetence.incompetence. TheThe Action Committee has created chaos underunder the guise of protest, protest, whichwhich could have been done through dialogue and engagement. Under the guise of protest, the process seriously damaged the public's preciousThere has been loss of life and property.property.

As far as *demands* are concerned, the government has always shown flexibility withwith whatever legitimate demands there are, but there are some demands thatthat are completely incomprehensible and devoid of reality..

Let us highlight the demands one by one to show the real face of the Awami Action Committee to the people..

*First Demand*:: The first demand of the Action Committee is related to subsidy on ATTAATTA and other consumer goods, goods, and the Action Committee has demanded subsidy on 48 consumer goods in light of the United Nations Resolutions. The fact emerges that in the resolutions of 1948, 1949,1949, and1951, there 1951, there is no such thing as "basicneeds,"  needs,"  "financialassistance,"  assistance,"  "subsidies,"subsidies," etc. These resolutions are mainly related to conflict resolution, resolution, including ceasefiresceasefires, restoration of peace, plebiscitesplebiscites through UN--mandated parameters, parameters, etc.

The fact is that the federal government and the independent government are giving subsidiessubsidies and relief to Azad Kashmir beyond their capacity. Azad Kashmir government is giving subsidy of $14 billion annually on flour.

*Second demand*: The second major demand of the Action Committee is related to electricity and loot shedding—the fact that the government of Pakistan gives 55 billion rupees annually from its budget to distribution companies to provide cheap electricity to Azad Kashmir. The subsidy is already available.

It is also being told that when Mangala Dam was built, the government of Pakistan or Azad Kashmir had given a written agreement that the region would get free electricity. Please show them to me or show them to the public. A few friends shared a message some time ago without reading it. When I looked carefully, there was nothing like that written in it. This claim is based on lies. Sometime after this Charter of Demand, the Public Action Committee changed the demand. Perhaps they realized that the demand was ridiculous. Now there is a demand to provide electricity to the production plant. But it takes a transmission to bring electricity from Mangala to Rawalkot. The wires are laid, the poles are installed, the transformers are there, the grids are running, there is the maintenance and repair of all these things, and there is the electronics staff, which consists of about 15,000 employees, and they all have salaries. So if electricity is given to you at the production cost, where will the 20 to 25 billion rupees required by the electronics department come from?

It is also being said that electric poles and transmission lines should also be rented. There is a system of electricity in the whole country, and there is no such rule anywhere in the world that electric poles or wires pass over the ground. It should be rented out; these ridiculous demands indicate that

Chaos under the guise of protest is the aim of these people; apart from the demands that come under the supervision of the government of Pakistan and the government of Azad Kashmir, the government is not only ready to discuss what is legitimate but also to solve it. are also ready, and perhaps there is no need for an action committee for this, but t

his government It is the duty of Pakistan to take strong measures for the welfare of the people. A recent example of this is the Prime Minister's recent decision to sanction 23 billion rupees for Azad Kashmir to solve the problems for the welfare of the people. Can be done.
Apart from this, it should also be kept in mind that the facilities provided by the government all over the world are fulfilled by the tax revenue of the people, so the people of Kashmir benefited first from the electricity projects that are in Azad Kashmir. and if there is any dispute about it, the government is ready to solve it. Is -

The third demand of the Action Committee is to reduce the privileges of the ruling class.
The demand for a reduction in the privileges of the ruling class is justified. No problem with that. And this problem can be solved by talking to Aram.

*Fourth demand*: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bank should be given the status of a full-schedule bank. To implement this demand, it is necessary to understand the complete process of banking. Azad Kashmir Bank is in the process of making it a schedule bank, and the minimum capital requirement Azad Kashmir Bank has to keep 10 billion rupees with the State Bank. And there are several other conditions that every bank has to fulfill to get the status of a scheduled bank. Azad Kashmir Bank is still miles away from fulfilling all those conditions, and then it is impossibly difficult for the Azad Kashmir government to provide Rs 10 billion. Remember that these funds should not be met from deposits but from capital or equity. Even if the deposits are $50 billion, schedule bank status cannot be obtained through them. Accordingly, meeting this demand is beyond the capacity of the Government of Azad Kashmir or the Azad Kashmir Bank.

*Fifth demand*: Telecom and mobile service should be improved. This demand is right and legitimate. It has always been the government's effort to provide the best facilities to the people, but if there are telecom and mobile company facilities in Azad Kashmir, it is also due to the efforts of the Pakistan government and the Azad Kashmir government, so this is not a problem. There is no such thing as an anarchic protest.

*Sixth demand*: There is a ridiculous demand that no income tax, no property tax, and no GST should be imposed in Azad Kashmir. It needs to be understood here that the Azad government is running a system in which there are 130,000 civil servants who are paid salaries. 30 percent of the non-development budget goes to the salaries of education employees only, while 10–10 percent goes to the salaries of electronics and health employees. A total budget of 232 billion rupees was presented this year. What will be the source of government revenue when the government does not collect taxes? Where will this 232 billion come from?

*Seventh and Eighth Demand*: The demand for the restoration of the student union and the demand for funds from the local body representatives are permissible. Political student unions are still present in every college and university and are working without any hindrance, but there is still no problem if the government issues regular notifications. Local government representatives should get funding, and there are no two opinions. But this problem can also be solved peacefully through dialogue, and the government is ready to discuss it, but the law and order situation seen due to the decisions of the Public Action Committee does not seem to indicate that these people will meet the demands. They are serious about it, but they are putting their ulterior motives into practice under the guise of protest, which is not only spoiling the law and order situation but also giving Azad Kashmir an opportunity to make a fuss in the eyes of the enemy.

Here it is also necessary to understand whether this is an action committee.

There is a severe lack of leadership in the Awami Action Committee at present. There are 25 to 30 leaders in the committee who are from different regions and belong to remote areas. disagree, and the dialogue becomes deadlocked unless there is unity in the leadership. If there will be a solution to the problems, then it is very difficult to understand and explain them; on the other hand, it is also necessary to understand that this movement has been taken hostage by the enemies of Pakistan, especially the agents of RAW, who have only one goal. Anarchy can spread in Azad Kashmir. Indian government to divert attention from Occupied Kashmiris constantly propagandizing

It is necessary that the serious people of the Action Committee agree with all the members to negotiate with the government and solve all the problems by sitting at the negotiation table and consulting with the government.

Nothing is gained from protest and chaos, whatever loss of life and money has happened to Kashmiris, so the Awami Action Committee should leave the protest and try to solve the problems through serious negotiations, whether the government is Azad Kashmir or Pakistan. The central government wants this issue to be resolved with all seriousness, and it should be resolved according to the aspirations and demands of the people, but unfortunately, some chaotic people want the problems not to be resolved, and the beautiful valley of Kashmir can be pushed into chaos.
