But at present the toying with the concentration capacity of the human mind is being done by the said Apps

This will turn humans into Mentally Zombies in the future. 

Zombies who are neither concerned with the problems around them nor have the ability to solve them. Think and think about it, you will get tired in half an hour and you will feel bored and you will feel tired. 

It is better to avoid such video and shot otherwise you will not be able to take any kind of decision going forward. It means your decision-making power will be weakened.
