What is it like to mourn and watch?
It is a natural process for the heart to be saddened and saddened by the martyrdom of Hazrat Hussain (RA) and it is the custom of Muslims to be patient with it. Matters, such as: loud crying and wailingIt is forbidden in Islam to show this formal grief and sorrow by beating the chest.
It is in the hadith Mubarak:
Translation: It was narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Masoud that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “He is not among those who walk on our path who beats his cheeks, chokes his neck, and raises his voice as in the days of Jahiliyyah.” Should (i.e. utter such words and such sounds from the tongue while crying that are prohibited by Sharia). Like lamenting or wailing, etc.).
It should be noted that Allah Ta'ala has advised patience in times of trouble in the Holy Qur'an and mentioned the rewards for those who are patient, as it is in the Holy Qur'an:
Translation: O believers, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with those who are patient and do not call those who are martyred in the way of Allah as dead, rather they are alive but you are not conscious.
(Surat al-Baqarah: 153, 154)
Similarly, in the Holy Qur'an, the attributes of the believers were described as follows:
Translation: And give glad tidings to those who persevere, when any calamity befalls them, say: We belong to Allah and to Him we must return. These are the people upon whom there is special favor from their Lord and mercy, and These are the people on the way.
(Surah Baqarah: 156, 157)
While the prevailing mourning is also against the commandment of patience given in the Holy Quran and it is clearly against the commands given in the blessed hadiths.
Grieving is an optional thing that is not condemned in the Holy Shariat, however, crying loudly, shouting, beating the chest, and tearing the clothes to express this grief, mourning is illegal and forbidden in the Sharia. , the Holy Prophet ﷺ forbade it, so Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Masoud رضي الله عنهIt is narrated on the authority of the Almighty that the Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever smacks the face, gags the neck and yells like the hours of Jahiliyyah isn't on our religion."
Also, just as it is sinful and unlawful to mourn and participate in it, in the same way, going to see it is unlawful and sinful because of the cause of abundance, because the viewer does not participate in it, but others will think so. That it is a partner in mourning, so it is also illegal to go to see mourning.
