I offer this guidance to individuals who have arrived at the age of 40, 50, 60, or above, even 80 years old.

 

May Allah award you compliance, wellbeing, and thriving.

 

1. First Advice:*

Get a hairstyle consistently, regardless of whether you are not debilitated or have any infection.

 


2. Second counsel:

Continuously hydrate, regardless of whether you are not parched. Numerous medical issues emerge because of the absence of water in the body.

 

3. Third guidance:

Do actual work, regardless of whether you are occupied. Get your body going, whether it's simply strolling or swimming.

 

4. Fourth guidance:

Scale back food. The Prophet ﷺ said: "A couple of pieces are enough for a man to keep his midriff straight."

Abstain from gorging; there is no decent in it.

 

5. Fifth guidance:

6. 6th exhortation:

Abandon Outrage... Outrage and stress channel your wellbeing and debilitate your soul. Encircle yourself with individuals who solace you.

 

7. Seventh counsel:

As the expression goes, "Put your cash in the sun and yourself in the shade." Don't deny yourself or everyone around you,

Cash is to help life, not life itself.

 

8. Eighth exhortation:

9. 10th guidance:
